Located inside the Vancouver Airport Marriott Hotel the hotel recently renovated the property along with their restaurant launching the 75 West Coast Grill. The same award winning chefs team runs the restaurant with it’s Westcoast focus.
I had a chance to taste some of their new dishes which included the amazing Fried Cauliflower & Brussel Sprouts truffle oil, garlic, parmesan, parsley, spicy mayo along with the Duck Confit Street Tacos on a pandan taco.
Other tasty dishes included the Roasted Squash brown butter, almonds, pecorino; Lamb Chops dukkah, chimichurri; and Blackened Halibut Collars grilled lemons.
