In December I was invited to attend the Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver graduation lunch where their students created and cooked an 11 course lunch for us guests to enjoy, as well as
critique. The intensive culinary term is a 15 week full-time professional program focusing on techniques, ingredients, global cuisines, creativity, modern thinking, and mindful values.

Here are the dishes that the team of 3 (Monica, Rachel & Russell) made for us. The pressure was on for them and even more so for this group as they knew that I was filming.

It was delicious lunch and it provided me with a chance to watch the students cooking and plating the various dishes.
