Cooking in Colour Cookbook Launch

Adrian Harris and Jeremy Inglett

I recently attended the book launch party of my friends Adrian Harris and Jeremy Inglett of The Food Gays. Their new cookbook launch party was held on the top floor of Telus Garden in downtown Vancouver.

The Food Gays reflect how so many millennials want to eat and cook today—food full of global flavors, veggie rich, and most of all, uncomplicated. From appetizers to desserts, this book comprises 90-plus recipes and a gorgeous photo for each one. Harris and Inglett develop recipes that are joyful to behold and downright delicious. The cookbook was published by HarperCollins.

Some recipes from the book that look amazing in ease and in colour are the Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad, Baked Sweet Potatoes and Roasted Vegetable Gazpacho.

Hawksworth Catering

Chez Christophe

At the cookbook launch party Hawksworth Catering served delicious bites, and Chez Christophe served indulgent sweet treats, while guests enjoyed wine and coffee.

You can purchase this beautiful hardcover book online through Amazon and Indigo in Canada for around $30; their books are also available in the USA in bookstores and online.
