Spring Menu Tasting at C Prime Modern Italian Steakhouse

Another season has passed with Spring now in full swing, and here are some delicious dishes by Executive Chef Behshad Zolnasr.

1st dish:

TONNO TARTAR
Yellow Fin Tuna, Avocado Mousse, Calabrian Chilies, Capers, Pistachio, and Squid Ink Crisp; beautiful and flavorful dish with lots of textures.

2nd dish:

CAVATELLI
Hand-Made Small Shell Pasta, Foraged Mushrooms, Oregano, Crispy Kale and Pangratatto; delicious dish.

3rd dish:

RAVIOLO
Twice-Stuffed Pasta Envelope, Lemon Ricotta, Roasted Leek, Parmigiano Tweel and Walnuts; this dish is for all the leek lovers as it’s leeks 3 ways.

4th dish:

HALIBUT
Seared Fennel, Clams, Fingerling Potatoes and Olives; loved the tender halibut in the tasty broth, this dish is Spring on the Westcoast.

5th dish:

OLIVE OIL PISTACHIO CAKE
Pistachio Chantilly, and Local Rhubarb Puree; an outstanding deconstructed cake.

6th dish:

CHOCOLATE BUDINO
Chocolate Custard, Caramel, Hazelnut Feuilletine and Dark Chocolate Creme; this is wow and a must order for all the chocolate lovers.
