After months of tasting and testing overseen by new Executive Chef Karl Gregg, Frankie’s is pleased to launch new menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner featuring a wide range of new dishes alongside perfectly prepared classics. I tasted some of these new dishes recently.
In updating the menus, Executive Chef Karl Gregg has stayed true to the Italian flavours and family recipes while adding local and seasonal ingredients wherever possible. Alongside a wide range of traditional thin-crust pizzas, pastas and risottos, Frankie’s proudly offers local BC fish and meat entrées, a wide range of tempting small plates, and fresh salads.
The breakfast menu is built around favourite North American dishes made using exceptional ingredients like cage-free eggs, and artisan meats and breads. The breakfast menu tips a hat to Italy with a Mediterranean Frittata and a Tuscan Scramble but also includes some of Gregg’s signature dishes like the Monsieur André Sandwich and Chicken & Waffles.
