I was invited back to taste some of their new dishes and pizzas which were recently added to the menu for the fall season.
Korean Bbq Pork Pizza – slow roasted bbq pork, Korean bbq sauce, fior di latte, green onion, cheddar cheese and hoisin sauce.
Paesano Sandwich – house-made pulled pork, salsa verde, provolone cheese, rosemary lemon aioli, arugula and roasted red peppers
Make your own Pizza – made my own creation, Quattro Formaggi, with caramelized onions, roasted mushrooms, pistachio pesto, and basil
Salted Caramel Chocolate Affogato
The Korean Bbq Pork pizza was flavourful with a touch of sweetness and a kick of heat in the sauce. The Paesano was ok, though I enjoyed the new Korean bbq pizza far better. I loved make my own pizza creation and the toppings that I chose. They have so many unique toppings so the sky is endless when it comes to creating your own pizza pie. Both of the desserts were tasty treats, though I really enjoyed the rich and delicious Tiramisu.
