Cooking with the Burgerland Smashup Burger Kit

Continuing with my home cooking adventures during the covid19 pandemic, had some fun trying out one of the new Smash Burger kits that Burgerland Smashup recently launched.

I got the Oklahoma Fried Onion and Cheese 4 Pack Smashburger Kit and from this made a couple of the burgers one night and the remaining two burgers the next night. This kit came with the Grass-fed organic BC Beef from Two Rivers Meats, Martin’s Potato Rolls, American cheese, mustard, Kaylin and Hobbs Pickles, coarse salt, recipe card and more.

Chef Body started his company a couple of weeks ago after seeing a demand for Smash Burgers during the pandemic. As everyone knows it’s been all about comfort food and meal kits since the pandemic began over 14 months ago. This is a great way to cook up burgers in minutes at home, as the kit comes delivered to your home (or office) with everything needed to enjoy some delicious burgers.

He currently offers a selection of several different beef burger kits, and I am sure we will see other kits offered down the road.

Check out more of what I made here and the juicy burgers.

I also loved the recipe card that was included which made each cooking step so easy to follow.

I toasted the potato rolls in the pan, then fried up burger patties, including smashing and all, onions got fried up and cheese got melted; and it was all ready to eat in under 15 minutes.
