I had the refreshing and tasty, Quinoa Soba Salad ($5.95) with organic quinoa, buckwheat noodles, spring mix salad and a homemade ginger sauce; along with the creatively plated Sakura Blossom Roll ($13.95) with real crab, spicy albacore tuna, cucumber, organic avocado, organic brown sushi rice, wild sockeye salmon on top with a creamy maple sauce.
You will find a menu filled with healthy offerings such as the organic quinoa dishes, non-oil teriyaki, whole wheat tempura, brown rice bowls, organic greens and more.
