The Vancouver Fried Chicken Challenge was a success featuring creations from restaurants around greater Vancouver. Each place featured their fried chicken creation from November 5 –29, 2020. Our media judging panel determined the ultimate winners of the challenge, and this was quite the task as each judge who tasted each creation with a rigorous process based on taste, originality/uniqueness and presentation/appearance.

Description: Our chicken’s our locally sourced, always fresh never frozen, we hand breaded our chickens with our in house breading mix (no dairy product), we always recommend to our customers to place their orders in advance as we cook fresh batches of our delicious fried chickens each time. Our original home-made Filipino style macaroni pasta are loaded with lean ground pork slices of hotdogs some of our customers say it’s already a complete meal! Each media judge will have scored the creation with a maximum of 40 points as follows: Overall Taste 20 points, Originality and Uniqueness 10 points, Presentation and Appearance 10 points). The total number of points a cake creation could earn is 120 points.
