Advice: Open daily.
With a Taiwanese bakery focus, Owner Kaiyu Lin has created a beautiful spacious café that not only features their house-made baked goods and desserts, the café also boasts a beautiful espresso bar. Open early until evening daily, this new Westend hotspot features 49th parallel coffee, as well as some unique specialty drinks that include Sea salt coffee (iced coffee drink with sea salt) and the Taipei fog (Taiwanese oolong tea).
I have had an Espresso Macchiato, along with several of their baked treats that included the delicious Original Naidong Roll filled with strawberry and milk pudding, a traditional Taiwanese dessert; along with the light Japanese Cheesecake.
I have also enjoyed their Pineapple Cake. Black Sugar Loaf, Childhood bun and Coconut Cream Bun.
In addition to the baked goods you will find a selection of sandwiches and bao’s to round out the offerings at this cool café.
