Last night I attended the opening of the store opening for Zwilling at the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Mall, this is the company’s first store in Vancouver as well as their first in Canada.

Chef Dana Hauser of the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel did a demo cooking up a Paella for guests to taste.

Guests were treated to white and red wine, and sparkling water while they listened to a dj spin some tunes.

The German based company is both manufacturer and distributor of premium products including knives, cookware kitchen gadgets, and beauty tools.

One of things that makes Zwilling unique is their selection of knives which many chefs use in their restaurants, they also offer a selection of pans, and other cookware.
