First Taste of Palate Kitchen

This newly opened all day brunch spot is owned by the same owners as Pallet Coffee Roasters and they have done a beautiful job with the interior of this restaurant.

Chef Khalid Kahya

Chef Khalid Kahya is leading the kitchen and has put together a wonderful menu encompassing breakfast and lunch favorites, some of which have a Moroccan touch to them.

Mushroom Toast

The Halloumi

I have tried several dishes here including the Mushroom Toast which I loved it had seasonal sautéd mushrooms, truffled hummus, fine herbs, mixed greens on sourdough; I also loved The Halloumi, a vegan dish with breaded crispy halloumi cheese, guacamole, alfalfa sprouts, coleslaw, mixed greens on grilled ciabatta.

Taktouka Skillet

Kefta Tagine

The Taktouka Skillet is one of the most popular and tasty dishes on their brunch menu which comes with Scrambled eggs, grilled mixed peppers, fresh tomato sauce, arugula, extra virgin olive oil, on Moroccan flatbread; as is the Kefta Tagine with Poached eggs, house-made Moroccan meatball, tomato sauce, olives, herbs, served with home-made flat-bread.

Spanish Toast

Build your Own Benny,

Casablanca Kale with scrambled eggs, fried cauliflower, crispy shallots, fine herbs, with house-made flat-bread and kale-hummus; the Spanish Toast Spanish tostada on garlic sourdough, fresh tomato puree, extra virgin olive oil; and the Build your Own Benny, this one had poached eggs, Semolina biscuit, hollandaise. BBQ pork.

Cortado

I have also had a Cortado, they also feature a full line of espresso beverages and pour overs with coffee by their own Pallet Coffee Roasters.

The dining room features two upper mezzanines on opposite ends of the room along with seating on the main level.
