New Dishes Tasting at Water Street Café

It had been over 20 years since my last visit to this iconic restaurant in Gastown, After almost 30 years the original owner had retired, then ownership changed in November, now run by two industry veterans; Eli Brennan and Chef Alan Tse. It was wonderful to revisit recently to enjoy restaurant chef Zach Steele’s dishes and rediscover this beautiful spot.
