Join us for an unforgettable evening at our Demo & Dine-style cooking class, where culinary education meets delectable dining. In this intimate two and a half hour session, you’ll enjoy a three-course seafood dinner prepared right before your eyes. No aprons required – simply sit back, relax, and savor the experience as you watch, listen, and taste.

This Northern Vietnamese seafood dinner event takes place at Crab Hot Lau restaurant in East Van.

MEET THE CHEF

Cherry Pham, who moved to Vancouver from Northern Vietnam in 2015, brought the flavors of her homeland to life in 2021 with the opening of her restaurant. Driven by a longing for the cuisine of her native Hai Phong, Cherry has successfully introduced an authentic taste of Northern Vietnam to Vancouver. Her dedication to culinary excellence has earned her restaurant the title of Best Vietnamese in Vancouver and the prestigious 2024 Gold Award from Vancouver Magazine Restaurant Awards.
