Visited recently joined by my friend Jonathan Yee to taste a selection of new dishes from their new summer menu, which now features some unique platters for sharing.
Coconut & Green Tea Mojito made with coconut rum, super refreshing!
Tomato and Hallloumi cheese salad with figs, soy-balsamic and pecans was delicious.
Kale Caesar Salad with wild boar and a light dressing, had many different textures and flavours.

36 hour Miso Short Rib Bao Board, with delicious and perfectly cooked short rib, apple slaw, marinated eggplant, beef tenderloin skewers, Bao buns and a spicy miso sauce, a perfect shareable dish. It’s one of the new Bao Boards featured on their summer menu for sharing with a friend or the family.
Shisho Apple Gyoza with a dash of cinnamon and vanilla ice cream – YUM!
Cream Cheese – Yogurt Crema balsamic strawberries and crumble
