Ever since Miku Restaurant launched their traditional Kaiseki tasting menus, I have wanted to indulge in the experience. This tasting menu embodies the region’s food culture featuring special pottery produced in the area. Inspired by this tradition, the chefs at Miku have created three special menus featuring their signature Aburi-style cuisine, served on beautiful Arita plateware from Kyushu, Japan.
I chose the premium tasting menu which was the Aburi Kaiseki and it was quite the amazing experience. This was by far one of the best Tasting Menus I have had in a long time, and it’s worth splurging for this top end experience.
