Cauliflower Tostadas and La Chula

Made these vegan Cauliflower Tostadas for a tasty plant-based dinner with the @lachulamexicankitchen Maple Salsa Macha drizzled on top. Loved the flavours of this locally produced salsa which is more like a chili oil that has some heat than the type of Mexican salsa we have all come to know in Mexican restaurants. Here is the recipe, you can adjust and make your own version by switching up the ingredients as you wish, and you can find the sauce by dm La Chula.

INGREDIENTS:

1 head of cauliflower

2 tomatoes

2 carrots

1/2 red onion

Cilantro

Juice of half a lime

Sesame oil

Olive oil

Black pepper

Granulated garlic

1 Avocado

Tostadas

La Chula Maple Salsa Macha

INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Mix chopped cauliflower, diced carrot, tomato (seeded), and red onions, add chopped cilantro, lime juice, olive oil and sesame oil.

2) Season with black pepper and granulated garlic. Let it sit for a couple of hours for better flavor.

3) Serve with tostadas, avocado and @lachulamexicankitchen Maple Salsa Macha
