Specializing in Plant-based cuisine featuring inventive cocktails along with Globally inspired dishes; this restaurant and cocktail bar is owned by the same company that owns Virtuous Pie.
MILA’s food program was developed by Red Seal Chef Jim Vesal, who’s put together a selection of elevated yet approachable globally inspired dishes.
Although the dishes are plant-based many of their customers are meat eaters looking for something healthy and a bit different. They have a creative bar program of interesting cocktails along with sodas, kombucha and other beverages.
I have tried a selection of items off the dinner menu along with a couple non-spirit sodas from the bar which includes
Raspberry Soda and Ginger Lemongrass Soda
I loved the Smash Burger with a double patty, brioche bun, served with smashed potatoes! Also, loved the Aburi Lox Oshi, Mango Satay Slaw, Mushroom & Sausage Tagliatelle with garlic bread and Glazed Tempeh on a sticky rice cake.
For dessert we had the delicious Peanut Butter Cup Pie along with their seasonal Pumpkin Pie made with fresh ginger, orange, pomegranate, and oat crumble, served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
