Executive Chef Delbert Cirfera recently added some new dishes to his fall menu and most were new dishes that I hadn’t tried in the past.

Vitello Salad with Roasted Veal, Mix Greens, Cherry Tomato, Fingerlings Potato, Red onion, Tuna and Capers Sauce & Balsamic Reductions; a wonderful salad to share.

Tagliatelle Dolce Forte is handmade cacao pasta with wild boar & dark chocolate sauce, Parmigiano cream, pine nuts, chestnuts and fresh rosemary; a very unique dish that encompassed the season so well.
