Fall Menu Tasting at Artusi Restaurant

Executive Chef Delbert Cirfera recently added some new dishes to his fall menu and most were new dishes that I hadn’t tried in the past.

1st dish:

Capesante Al Rosso with Scallops, Nduja & Saffron Sauce, beautiful presentation of this flavourful dish.

2nd dish:

Vitello Salad with Roasted Veal, Mix Greens, Cherry Tomato, Fingerlings Potato, Red onion, Tuna and Capers Sauce & Balsamic Reductions; a wonderful salad to share.

3rd dish:

Tagliatelle Dolce Forte is handmade cacao pasta with wild boar & dark chocolate sauce, Parmigiano cream, pine nuts, chestnuts and fresh rosemary; a very unique dish that encompassed the season so well.

4th dish:

Gnocchi Tartufati with Porcini Mushrooms & Truffle Sauce, rich and delicious dish.

5th dish:

Mascarpone Amore with Italian pastry cream, Mascarpone cheese, Amaretti Cookies; my favourite of the two desserts.

6th dish:

Pannacotta with cranberry raspberry

Artusi Restaurant is located at 412 6th Street in New Westminster. Open Tuesday – Sunday for dinner.
