Advice: Reservations suggested for dinner.

Specializing in Northern Italian cuisine, the restaurant focusses on dishes that feature as much local and seasonal ingredients as possible working with many farmers and producers.

I had one of their Negroni bottled cocktails to start which provided my palate with wonderful flavours and it went well with The Daily fresh Ricotta & Piza Trentina with marinated squash, and wild flower honey.

The Prosciutto Duo was a tasty appetizer with alpine butter, gherkin, spiced rye crisp; as was the The Shaved Zucchini Salad.

The pastas are outstanding, I loved the Ricotta Gnocchi with lamb stew, chillies, sour cream and pickles; as was the Cjarsons stuffed with wild greens & ricotta; and the Tagliatelle with venison ragu.

I loved the Francobolli with veal osso buco, gremolata as well as the sublime Roasted Polenta, cheese fonduta side dish. The Roast Guinea Fowl Breast with new seasons garlic, mascarpone, meat juices was also very good.

All three of the deserts that I tried which included the Zabaione semifreddo, Tiramisu and Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Tart were delicious.

This is a gem worth your discovery, and I can’t wait to return to discover more as the seasons change.
