Chef Shaun Maclean and his team served guests a multitude of tasty dishes, which were tastes of their new summer menu. From their tasty Goat Cheese Brulee to the Salmon on endive, Morel Mushroom tartine, to the Uno Gelato delicious Mango Sorbet.

Bartender Andrew Kong served up a wide range of cocktails, this one was the Peaceful Garden, a non-spirited cocktail made with tea.
