Visited for the first time recently to experience the dinner menu offerings at this restaurant with an amazing view of the Coal Harbour marina and the local mountains. They also boast a beautiful outside patio at this restaurant adjacent to The Westin Bayshore.
1st dish:

Poached Prawns
Poached Prawns with Sons of Vancouver chili vodka, compressed pineapple, avocado and cucumber salsa, loved the flavours and local collaboration of this dish.
2nd dish:

Heirloom Tomato Salad
Heirloom Tomato Salad buffalo mozzarella, tomato water, 10 year balsamic, pistou
3rd dish:

Seared Scallops
Seared Scallops with merguez sausage, puy lentils, oven dried tomatoes. scallion oil
4th dish:

Pan Roasted Haida Gwaii Halibut
Pan Roasted Haida Gwaii Halibut on a bed of quinoa, compressed charted baby cucumbers, fresh dill, an outstanding dish.
5th dish:

Montelimar BC Honey Almond Cake
Montelimar BC Honey Almond Cake with pistachio mousse, one of the only desserts made in house and it was delicious.
