The other night I had a chance to enjoy some canapes while mingling with the Holt Renfrew staff along with other media as we embarked on the festive season.
Chef Nicolas Hipperson was introduced by Carla Stef, Manager, Marketing & Public Relations at Holt Renfrew, Nicolas and then spoke about his menu at Holts Café and welcomed everyone to come and dine as the café is now open daily for lunch and dinner.
Some of the tasty canapes included the Ceviche Cones, Tuna Tartar, Salmon Caviar Belini, Compressed watermelon, Fois Gras Cherry Lollypops, Jelly Tarts and delicious Chocolate Mousse Cones topped with gold flakes.
Items on display were all part of the H Project that are featured in the Holt Renfrew stores and make great gifts for the holiday season.
Holts Café is a great place to unwind while shopping at Holt Renfrew this holiday season.
