Enjoyed a wonderful festive dinner on the Reflections Winter Terrace where we watched table after table order the Rosewood Christmas Tree (each one features 6 festive cocktails).
The Winter Terrace has been decorated for the holiday season and it is a beautiful spot to enjoy with friends and there is an extensive food and drinks menu as well.
We went the zero-proof cocktails route this time around, I had the Ginger Snap while Jason had the Merry Pom Pom.
We had the delicious Roasted Pepper Hummus and the Crispy Cauliflower, as well as the Aburi Crab Dynamite Roll and Flatbread with chicken tikka as our appetizers.
For our mains, we had the delicious Pan-seared Sablefish, followed by the Ras El Hanout Chicken.
For dessert, we had the delicious Warm Ginger Date Pudding topped with ice cream along with the popular Chocolate crunch cake and some Hot apple cider.
