Chef Young Shin invited me in to try some of his new dishes which are now available on their nightly features menu.

1^st dish:

Endive in the basket with Seafood tartar and honey yuzu playful as the endive becomes the vessel.

2^nd dish:

Spicy pork belly kushi-yaki flavourful and done perfectly.

3^rd dish:

Kara-miso mussels, plump and large mussels in a delicious broth, perfect for sharing.

4^th dish:

Mentaiko cream udon, rich and creamy and perfect for sharing.
