C Prime Chefs Tasting Menu

Chef Elliott Hashimoto prepared a 6 course tasting menu for me to give me a taste of their modern Italian cuisine. If you book their Chef’s Table and give the chef some guidelines, noting any food allergies, his team can create a customized tasting menu.

1st course:

Summer Squash Risotto with lemon, and thyme, house made granola and walnuts was outstanding.

4th course:

Halibut with puttanesca

Halibut with puttanesca

Halibut with puttanesca and white beans delicious and a classic modern Italian dish.

5th course:

Pan roasted Wagyu rib eye,

Pan roasted Wagyu rib eye,

Pan roasted Wagyu rib eye, truffle jus, mushroom cannelloni, morel mushrooms, arugula purée, all around Wow!

6th course:

The Smore

The Smore

The Smore a simple and delicious Valhrona chocolate pate with a dusting of sea salt, house made marshmallow, and espresso ice cream, with a graham crumble underneath by Pastry Chef Andrea Fletcher.
