Visited recently to taste a selection of new dishes from new Executive Chef Jason Vallee’s summer menu, as well to try one of Barman Nathan Jackman’s inventive cocktails.
Mi Burro Favorito with blanco tequila, avocado, fresh citrus, fresh house sangrita (pineapple, cilantro and jalapeño ) was so refreshing.
Roasted Carrots with North Arm Farm carrots, ricotta and maple vinegar, very good!
Outstanding Fried Chicken with Two Rivers Meats chicken, and house made hot sauce.
Flat Iron Steak with Farro risotto and grilled gai-Lan was delicious!
Lemon Curd with lavender meringues, graham cracker crumble, whipped cream and lemon balm, such a unique and delicious dessert.
