The 2nd Annual Salmon Chowder Cookoff is happening this year on Saturday September 27th from 11am – 1pm at the River Market in New Westminster.

Hosted by the Fraser River Discovery Centre, as five restaurants battle it out for the Chowder Champion title during River Fest.

Donald’s Market

For a $4 recommended donation, you will be able to sample the delicious chowder from all of these wonderful businesses. You can vote for your favourite chowder, and also stick around to see who our esteemed judges think is worthy of the Chowder trophy. The reigning champions from last year is Longtail Kitchen.
