This was a tea ceremony after all, sitting at the beautiful wooden tea bar at O5 we were treated to their Golden Curls Kombucha for a refreshing start, this beverage had notes of pumpkin and lightly fermented.

We were then served their Tenshin set which was somewhat like a platter featuring a Japanese leek & Tofu crepe with miso sauce, Watercress and Shimeji mushroom with Dashi sauce, Radish pickles with plum sauce, Rice, Prawn dumpling & Tofu with Kuzu.
