KASU & BIRCH SYRUP SABLEFISH fava beans, asparagus, peas, northern beans, Swiss chard
CHOCOLATE INDULGENCE layers of chocolate ganache, chocolate cake, raspberry sauce, topped with local hazelnuts.
My favourite dish of the meal was the Lois Lake Steelhead Salmon with delicious smoked tomato vinaigrette, followed by the Crispy Ricotta & Pea Gnocchi which was full of local vegetables and so much natural flavour. The Togarashi Rice Cracker Crusted Wild Albacore Tuna was also very well done with the warm fingerling potatoes, peas, kale, and wild mushrooms. For dessert the Chocolate Indulgence was delish its rich layers of chocolate ganache, chocolate cake, raspberry sauce, topped with local hazelnuts.
