Wonton Mama 2.0 at Fairmont Vancouver Airport

If you are looking for a little escape this fall without flying, here is an amazing experience you don’t want to miss!

WONTON MAMA dining experience is now open and runs to the end of the year offering dinner service Thursday–Sunday. Created by Mama in the Kitchen’s Chef Sharon and Chef William Lew this pop up celebrates Chinese Canadian culture through incredible food, family recipes and nostalgic flavours!

I previewed this incredible experience from these 2 amazing chefs and every dish was special. The culinary experience will feature hand-crafted wontons and noodles prepared fresh daily, alongside dim sum, Chinese barbeque, shareable snacks, cocktails and mocktails inspired by Vancouver’s historic Chinatown.

Plus, don’t miss the exclusive Lees Donuts salted egg yolk donut collaboration.

There’s also a special collaboration with the Canadian Chinese Museum and $1 from every order supports the museum. On your way into the dining area, don’t miss the exhibit in The Gallery Lounge featuring Cantopop legends and Chinese Canadian stories across generations.
