
What an amazing evening at Athiana Acres! It was their first ever long table dinner on their farm and it was with the award-winning Michelin Bib Gourmand Anh & Chi restaurant. Curated by Farm Director Daniel Garfinkel and Anh and Chi Co-Owner Amelie Thuy Nguye.




I loved the canapes that started the evening with vegetables picked earlier that day off the farm. This was followed by a delicious 7 course farm to table dinner. It was a pairing dinner with wines selected by This is Wine School or alcohol-removed selection of specialty wines by Sansorium and I had the alcohol-removed wines with my dinner.

Golden Beet Terrine
3rd course:

Geoduck Crudo (with @geoduck_canada from BC waters)
4th course:

Edible flowers from the farm with @anhandchi sweet soy sauce
5th course:

Caramelized Sablefish
6th course:

Soft Shell Crab Fried Rice
7th course:

Pineapple Basil Sorbet from La Glace Ice Cream

Each of the guests received a beautiful mini bouquet of dried flowers from the farm. Keep your eye out for the next Athiana Acres long table dinner on their farm!
