New all day Middle Eastern brunch spot with creative, and tasty dishes in the Riley Park neighbourhood.
Eggstatic has carved out a significant reputation in the brunch scene, particularly for those who crave a fusion of Middle Eastern flair and classic North American breakfast staples. With locations in cities across Canada, it has become a destination for diners who want more than just a standard plate of bacon and eggs.
The vibe at Eggstatic is modern, bright, and bustling. Most locations feature an open-concept design with industrial-chic touches—think exposed ceilings, warm wood accents, and plenty of natural light.
We tried a wide selection of their food and beverages and these were the ones that I enjoyed.

Baklava latte, Turkish coffee and Iced matcha latte with oat milk

Each of these were great starters to share including the Spicy hummus and cauliflower with hummus, Labaneh gone nuts, Muhamara one of my favourite dips made of walnuts and pomegranate molasses, Foul and Egyptian dish of chickpeas, Manakeesh Zaatar and I loved this version with the thin crust flatbread.

More tasty dishes to share that included the Shakshuka this is a stewed tomato dish topped with two poached eggs and it comes with pita on the side for dipping; Classic Middle Eastern breakfast which comes with an egg white omelette, tasty beef sausages, salad and labneh; and the Pistachio pancakes with 3 fluffy pancakes, topped with 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream and covered in pistachio sauce.

Pistagato is their version of an affogato with espresso, vanilla ice cream and pistachio sauce and it is the perfect one to have solo at the end.
Everything that we tried was good, there is a vast selection of items on the menu and you should explore and try the various dishes. The pancakes are heavenly and make for a great brunch shareable dessert.
