I indulged in their Valentines Tea last week with a little pre-Valentine’s day tasting pleasure. Executive Chef Cliff Hohl has designed a wonderful menu to pair with the TWG teas to celebrate this special day.
Bain de Roses Tea Cocktail infused with sparkling wine
TWG Milk Oolong Tea
Lobster Bisque with sablefish (amuse bouche)
Pan seared Atlantic lobster, accompanied by Hokkaido scallops, and sea urchin emulsion, sprinkled with Gyokuro samurai tea, served with squid ink emperor rice, wasabi glazed leeks and pickled beets.
Sweetheart Meringue with fresh berries accompanied by Mon Amour tea infused yuzu curd. Champagne lychee pearls and candied rose petals.
This was a wonderful to celebrate the special day with that special someone in this beautiful tea salon. Make sure you reserve early for this special tea service.
