We indulged in their Valentines Tea last week with a little pre-Valentine’s day tasting pleasure. Their French chef has designed a wonderful menu to pair with the TWG teas to celebrate this special day.

Pan-roasted red grouper
Pan-roasted red grouper with caper salsa accompanied by carrot sponge, fondant potatoes infused with Valentine Breakfast tea and kabocha pumpkin mousseline, served with a spinach emulsion and squid ink crackers.
Dessert:
Amour de The infused lychee mousse
Amour de The infused lychee mousse filled with strawberry marmalade topped on a crispy white chocolate cookie with royaltine served with strawberry pearls and a scoop of raspberry sorbet, a stunning dessert to celebrate this special day.
