For all those who are Gluten Free diets or are trying to go Gluten Free, Darby’s Public House has put together another one of their Eat, Drink & Be Free Cocktail Dinners. They will be hosting their second completely gluten free Cocktail Dinner on January 29th, 2013 at 7:00 pm. Their last dinner was a huge success so they are happy to host a second gluten free dinner. The second Eat, Drink & Be Gluten Free Cocktail Dinner will feature new delicious cocktails (created using Magic Moments Vodka) paired a 3 course dinner created by Chef AJ Jackson.

First Course

Wild mushroom risotto, green pea puree, shave parmesan

Second Course

Yarrow Meadows Duck confit

White bean puree, roasted brussel sprouts, red beets, cassis demi

Vegetarian Option

Grilled vegetable strudel, roasted red pepper puree

Dessert Course

Mocha Torte

Flourless chocolate cake, espresso mascarpone mouse, chocolate ganache, espresso crème anglaise

Tickets are $40 which includes 3 courses and 3 gluten free cocktails. Tickets are available in the Pub or Liquor Store, or you can pay at the door by calling 604-731-0617 to make a reservation.
