It’s all about Taiwanese noodle soups, dumplings and other dishes at this eatery centrally located in downtown Vancouver.

Their speciality is the Signature Taiwanese Braised Beef Noodle Soup and I love their broths, there is so much flavour in each of them. The owner spent a long time developing the broths, there is so much umami in each bowl, and the noodles are perfect as they don’t get soggy.

I’ve dined here a few times since they opened last year, I’ve tried the signature braised beef noodle soup and I’ve also tried the Spicy Taiwanese Braised Beef Noodle Soup and yes it had heat but also had so much flavour.

They even have a build your own Taiwanese Noodle Soup where you can choose from a couple different types of noodles, the broths and more. Of course there are other items such as dumplings, chicken wings and more. However, it is the noodle soups and the delicious broths that is going to have you coming back time and time again.
