On January 21 we presented the Dine Out East Van Brunch Crawl and with Destination Vancouver for their Dine Out Festival. This event was a super success for all who attended. Participants had a chance to visit several restaurants through-out the Commercial Drive, East Village neighbourhoods and beyond and taste all sorts of dishes and drink on this unique food crawl.
Our VIP experience featured Chef Rory Byrne of Vivace on the Drive who showed guests how to make their own pasta, they each had a chance to make and cut the pasta before the chef made a Tagliatelle Carbonara with Duck confit for them to enjoy.

JamJar (2290 Commercial Drive) featured their Lebanese Benny: homemade saj bread, hummus, roasted tomato, soft poached egg, sumac hollandaise.
Vivace on the Drive (1728 Commercial Dr) featured a Duo of Eggs Benedict with hollandaise featuring Smoked Salmon with House Ricotta and Spinach.
Yuan Coffee (550 Clark Dr) featured a Coffee brew flight that featured local roaster @moduscoffee Coast roast coffee espresso shots done three different ways:
Espresso
Espresso + water
Espresso + milk
Pizzone Pizza (848 Powell St,) featured a selection of their delicious pizzas by way of slices and guests had a chance to choose from the Pulled Pork, Classic Pepperoni, Vegetarian with Paneer, Hawaiian, Potato & Mushroom on white sauce and more.
Di Olivia Tasting Bar (2632 East Hastings Street) featured Honey lemon muffins with local honey and lemon olive oil with a lemon glaze; and showcased their olive oils and balsamic vinegars offering people tasters of any they wanted to try.
The restaurants featured many unique and tasty dishes to our guests to eat and drink throughout the event.
