Sunil Ghai is the creator and founder Chai Ghai that started two years ago as an online business during the pandemic where people ordered their different chai tea blends for home delivery. Fast track to now, with an established and devoted clientele they have just opened their first authentic Indian Chai café.
All of their Chai’s can be made with dairy milk, they also offer alternatives that include oat and soy milk.
I’ve tried several of their chai’s and teas along with some of the different food items on offer.
As everyone’s tastes are different it is worth trying their various chai’s to see which one becomes your favourite.
Very nice chai and Mummy g’s Masala chai were my favourites of the ones that I tried.
I also loved the Open Hearted Darjeeling tea as well as the Steamed chai latte.
Other drinks that I tried were the Iced chai latte and Vanilla chai.
On the food side they offer a variety of items to compliment the beverages that include the tasty
Veggie samosa with tamarind chutney, Tandoori chicken sandwich and Chicken bacon club sandwich. The Rusks and other Indian cookies are the perfect accompaniment for dipping into the chai.
Additionally they feature some other baked goods such as Nanaimo bars, muffins and more.
They also have some soft drinks imported from India in the cooler.
Of course their teas in the tins are available for purchase to take to make at home. One of which is the Turmeric Tonic blend with whole pieces of Turmeric, Cinnamon, Lemongrass, and Ginger is the secret to healthy, radiant skin!
