St Remy Masterclass

Master Blender, Cécile Roudaut lead a masterclass at Vancouver Club where she shared her knowledge of her most recent creation, St Remy Signature over some cocktails and bites.

Her Signature brandy is now available locally and it’s designed for mixing cocktails with this wonderful spirit. She mentioned 80% of brandy in the world is made from sugar cane, at St. Remy they make it with 100 % French grapes.
