It’s been over 5 years since my last visit, enjoyed an exceptional dinner with delicious Italian dishes by Executive Chef Behshad Zolnasr.
1st dish:

Caprese Burrata with heirloom tomatoes, balsamic and pinenut crumble, loved the creamy buratta and texture addition of the crumble.
2nd dish:

Bread service – a selection of house-made delicious breads, loved the focaccia, herb rolls and bread sticks along with red pepper butter and some olive oil with balsamic.
3rd dish:

Humbolt Squid grilled tender, with a chorizo vinaigrette, potatoes and basil oil, wonderful flavours.
4th dish:

Dopio Ravioli with Summer Peas, Morels, Basil, Ricotta, Brown Butter; exceptional house-made pasta with a delicious sauce.
5th dish:

Tortellini stuffed with Dungeness Crab in a Lobster Cream Sauce; exquisite house-made pasta with a delicious sauce.
6th dish:

Scallops with Cauliflower 3 ways tabbouleh , charred florets, purée
7th dish:

Porterhouse Steak for two – outstanding and flavourful meat, with a delicious peppercorn sauce.
8th dish:

Potato Roesti – a side dish served as squares and very tasty
9th dish:

Broccolini topped with almonds
10th dish:

Gelato – mango, coffee and hazelnut; all house-made and very good.
11th dish:

Tiramisu Bombe with Mascarpone gelato
