Pairing Winter Cocktails with Tasty Dishes at Cold Tea Restaurant

A selection of the new winter cocktails by bartenders Joe Cheng and Magna Cartel paired up with some of my favourite dishes which include Uncle Lee’s crispy wings, Shrimp toast, Vegan pot stickers, Black sheep dumplings, Crispy brussel sprouts, Cheeky dumplings and Chicken fried rice.

1st Cocktail:

OUR NY SOUR

Lot40, lemon, egg white, spiced red wine reduction, orange bitters

2nd Cocktail:

GRAND RESERVA COBBLER

Alvear Medium Sherry, lemon, caramelized pear shrub, Luxardo Maraschino, house date jam

3rd Cocktail:

SMOKED KOWLOON MANHATTAN

Buffalo Trace, smoked Antica Formula, NuErHong Aperitif, angostura bitters

4th Cocktail:

GREEN LANTERN

Beefeater, matcha, lemon, egg white

5th Cocktail:

ME SO OLD FASHIONED

Miso-butter washed Toki, rock sugar, winter melon bitters
