Forage Festive Lunches

The annual Holiday Festival Lunches are taking place on December 8, 9, 10, 15, 16 and 17 and it is a great way to celebrate the holidays with family, friends or office mates. I had a chance to preview this year’s delicious offerings by Chef Welbert Choi.

Baby Kale and Arugula Salad with belgian endive, rosé vinaigrette, roasted walnuts, aged cheddar.

JD Farms Specialty Turkey and Traditional Trimmings

with chanterelle mushroom and turkey chorizo stuffing, gluten free pan gravy, Spicebox whisky cranberry sauce, garlic butter pomme purée

with maple apple slaw, roasted winter vegetables, honey garlic Brussels sprouts

Sticky Toffee Pudding

with whisky caramel and chantilly cream
