Serving up all sorts of doughnuts with different types from yeast, brioche, filled, glazed, cake, gluten-free along with fritters is recently opened spot in Coquitlam. They are all about supporting local with berries coming from nearby farms.
Owned by Husband and wife team, Clint and Kathy Hiles they set their sights on opening a doughnut shop and café and they have done just that, get there early as they sell out daily.
In addition to the doughnuts they are serving up a selection of coffees with coffee beans from local roaster Republica Coffee.
They feature a variety of naturally leavened brioche doughnuts on a rotating menu, including vegan and gluten-free options.
I have tried a selection of their donuts and a coffee.
