Known for their fresh house-made Italian pastas, sauces and more, Caffe La Tana has changed their offerings slightly by pivoting during the covid19 pandemic.
Over the past weekend we cooked up some of their pasta dishes along with some snacks; simple dishes made from fresh/frozen pasta cooked at home.
The first one that we made was the delicious Four Cheese Tortellini added a drizzle of Extra virgin olive oil and then finished it off with some grated Gran Padano.
Next was the Wholewheat Spaghetti with meatballs and sauce which was super easy to make at home.
Also picked up a bag of the Oolala Black Truffle & Olive Oil potato chips to snack on.
You can also find their frozen Lasagna which is layered with their house-made pasta, meat, bechamel and cheese; took this out of the freezer and baked it in the oven for an hour and you then have 2-3 servings.
