Juheon Lee is a Bartender at Glowbal Restaurant in downtown Vancouver.

I asked Juheon to make a selection of his unique cocktails at Glowbal.

This cocktail is made with smoke in the bottle.

Ingredients

5 spice syrup

Peppercorns

Star anise

Cloves

Cinnamon

Juniper berries

Remy Martin VSOP

This cocktail features torched s’mores that garnishes the top.

Ingredients

Early Grey + Milk

Kraken spiced rum

Crème de cocoa

Galiano Vanilla

Toasted marshmallow

This cocktail features candy floss as the garnish on top.

Ingredients

1-1/2 oz Absolut Lime

¾ oz Lychee liqeur

¾ Peach Schnapps

Lime juice

Cotton candy garnish
