Last week Caffe Artigiano launched some new coffee beverages for the holiday season along with some new treats from local Bjorn Bakery which are to be available beginning in January.

Orange Mocha Latte
Chef Dawn Doucette has paired up with Caffé Artigiano’s Director of Coffee, Michael Ratcliff, to create four new drinks, as well as a classic eggnog latte.
My favourite of the beverages I tried was the Gingerbread Latte followed by the Orange Mocha Latte.
Other new drinks in the beverage line-up include a Toasted Marshmallow Latte which is sprinkled with mini marshmallows with a serious double shot of espresso; and a Peppermint Mocha Latte. All drinks are available with regular milk, organic milk (organic milk is no additional charge for children, also available – espresso free hot chocolate), soya or almond milk, now until the new year.

BjornBar Bakery
North Vancouver’s popular BjornBar Bakery will be supplying all of the Caffe Artigiano locations with many of their treats starting in January, I had a chance to try some of these during the tasting.
Caffé Artigiano is a locally based artisanal coffee roaster with 12 locations (non-franchised) across the Lower Mainland and three in Calgary. You can find their locations and addresses here.
