I recently had the opportunity to taste this special Whiskey, a 40 Year Old whiskey from Canadian Club, this was a rare moment to celebrate a true Canadian whiskey and we did this at L’Abattoir in Gastown.

The Canadian Tuxedo one of the cocktails I enjoyed made with Canadian Club whiskey, a beautiful cocktail also made with Sons of Vancouver Amaretto.

A selection of appetizers were served to complement the whiskey based drinks.
