1)Tiramisu Snow Mountain

“bingsoo” with milk shaved ice topped with their homemade Tiramisu, with cheesecake layered through out the shaved ice, with a shot of espresso on the side to pour over the shaved ice.

2) Chocolate Chip Cookie

 

Using Sirene Chocolate and a touch of salt sprinkled on top, this delicious house-baked cookie is baked by Chef Felix Yau who ages the cookie dough.

3)Double baked Almond Croissant

Flaky croissant topped with almonds and filled with almond paste, slighty warmed is heavenly.
