On Wednesday May 18, we presented our 3rd tasting tour of the East Village neighborhood featuring a great selection of restaurants from Clark Drive to Renfrew. Registration took place in the 60 year old historic Tiki Bar located inside the Waldorf Hotel.
The chocolates that each of guests received at registration were from neighborhood chocolatier Schokolade courtesy of the Hastings North BIA.

CHOCOLATE SEA SALT CARAMEL ST. HONORE
Chocolate sponge with caramel and chocolate ganache drizzle, sprinkled sea salt and toasted pecans, cream layer is a marscapone caramel cream, fresh whip and toasted pecans around the outside , topped with mini puffs filled with caramel marscapone.
